In an effort to go paperless, we now request that customers send an email address so that we may send copies of estimates, quotes, and receipts.
Customers are contacted with costs of repairs and restoration before work begins.
Estimates are good for 14 days after given. If not approved/denied in that time frame, a storage fee of $5 per day will be added.
We ONLY service GMC/AC Delco gauges.
We do not repair Ford or Mopar gauges, only their clocks.
Expedite service is available for $50. The job is shipped within 4 business days.
Any jobs not paid for within 30 days become the property of Redline Gauge and Clock Repair.
Please notify Redline if your work is to be completed for a “driver” or a “show” car.
Returned check charge: $55.00
Redline has the right to charge a core charge if an item is not returned within a two-week period with the payment method used for that job.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express PayPal, or cleared check. We also accept United States Postal Service money orders. No other type of money order is accepted.
Jobs are shipped after payment satisfaction.
Redline is not responsible for international customs, tariffs, other fees, etc.

If merchandise reaches you in a damaged condition, contact the carrier, i.e. USPS, UPS, or FedEx, AND Redline immediately. All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Contact Redline before returning damaged goods or broken merchandise. Original invoice must accompany the returned item. Redline is not responsible for any damage claims not reported within 30 days of invoice date.
